All treatments include organic aromatherapy blended oils based on what might be needed within the treatment. New appointments will receive a full detailed supportive consultation, and each regular session has a welcoming chat to see what working with.

Commitment to three sessions offering a combination (depending on symptoms & problems) of consultation, Ayurveda, yoga & meditation alongside body work of holistic massage, aromatherapy, reflexology & healing.

Weekly yoga class at Chailey Hall (1 Hour) –book for whole term – Works out at £8 per class. (Classes run to school terms, so the number of weeks per term will vary).
