Parking
There is plenty of easy parking
As you come into the main driveway the Coach House is directly in front of you. Turn left in to another driveway – through a gate and park there.
The Studio – treatment room is located through the conservatory. If it is your first appointment I will keep an eye out for you.
Payment
- Bacs payment available – if you are paying by Bacs please can I ask that you make your payment before the treatment, as after you are very relaxed & sometimes this gets forgotten.
- Cash payment
- Card payment – Visa, Vpay, Mastercard, Maestro, Android & Apple pay. For treatments or payments over £80 it is hugely appreciated if you can pay by bank transfer or cash as the charges on the card machine becomes quite high. Many thanks.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are a wonderful & popular idea. A loving caring gesture.
Beautifully designed & valid for one year from purchase.
Can be bought as an amount or for a specific treatment.
Available to be sent by post or an email voucher.

Etiquette
Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel/move an appointment. Please do remember I am a sole trader, small business with a busy practice that I honour my clients & time. Sudden cancellations at short notice have an impact & I am unlikely to fill that space with little notice. I do understand problems occur, or illness comes in and I will always try to accommodate that as best I can to move or change appointments.
If appointments are cancelled on the day a 50% payment of the total treatment cost is charged.
Text reminders are sent the day before to confirm your appointment.
Please arrive within 5 minutes of your treatment time, there is normally a good turnaround time between clients but sometimes appointments can over run. If the treatment room door is closed, please wait in the conservatory.
There is a toilet / bathroom within the treatment room.
There are plenty of throws, blankets and hot water bottles. The body can drop in temperature when having a treatment so please do say if you are cold, or equally if too hot.
Please know that everything shared within the consultation & talked about during any treatments is confidential within the room.
